- What it costs
- S$1 a day, billed S$30 a month, from the day you join. Saving a draft is free, so you can join when your listing is ready.
- What you need
- At least 3 photos; a floor plan is optional. Listings go live once they pass our automatic checks.
- What you get
- Your home in Homejourney search, our apps and AI assistant results. Enquiries and viewing requests come straight to you.
- How long it shows
- For 30 days after you last confirm it is still available. We email you 7 days before it stops, and you renew it with one click.
- When it sells or is let
- Don't renew it, and it stops showing when its 30 days end. Then cancel Pro under Billing if you have nothing else to list.
- If you cancel
- Pro runs to the end of the month you paid for. Then your listings pause and your records stay. They go live again when you rejoin.

Credits pay for AI tools such as walkthrough videos, only when you use them. Approved agents buy them in packs, from S$9.98 for 50 Credits. You don't need Credits to list your home.
Questions
- When am I charged?
- When you join. S$30 is charged at checkout, then on the same date each month until you cancel.
- What happens if I cancel?
- Pro runs to the end of the month you paid for. Then the listings you published on Homejourney pause and your records stay. They go live again when you rejoin.
- What if a payment fails?
- You have 7 days to update your card before your listings pause.
- My listings are on other property portals. Are they on Homejourney?
- Agent listings we receive from other portals appear on Homejourney at no cost, with your name, agency and CEA number. Join Pro to add more listings, manage them and their viewings in our apps, and see their stats.
- I am studying for the RES exam. Is Pro for me?
- Yes. Anyone signed in can join. Pro includes Homejourney RES: unlimited practice by topic and by paper, timed tests like the exam, weak-area practice and AI explanations, on the web and in the Homejourney RES app. Without Pro you can practise 10 questions per topic and get 3 AI explanations a day.
- I am an agent and a landlord. Do I pay twice?
- No. One membership covers every role you hold.
- Where do I join or manage Pro?
- On the Homejourney website, under Billing in your dashboard. The apps show your membership status.
